Introduction: On 21st June 2024, our school enthusiastically celebrated International Yoga Day for students from Grade 03 to Grade 08 in person. The event highlighted the numerous benefits of Yoga and its significance in promoting holistic health.

Theme and Purpose: This year’s theme for Yoga Day was ‘Yoga for Self and Society’. The aim was to demonstrate how Yoga contributes to the well-being ofindividuals and communities alike.

Event Overview: The celebration commenced with a vibrant assembly where the importance of Yoga in maintaining physical and mental well-being was emphasized. Students actively participated in various activities that showcased the essence of Yoga.

Activities and Demonstrations: Students demonstrated different Yoga asanas, illustrating their creativity by integrating the theme of International Yoga Day into their presentations. The serene ambiance and the students’ enthusiasm were evident throughout the event.

Highlights:

• Yoga Asanas: Students enthusiastically practiced various Yoga poses, including Surya Namaskar, demonstrating strength, flexibility, and concentration.

Conclusion:
