Documents Required (Nursery - Grade 08)

The following documents have to be submitted at the time of School admission.

Filled Application Form
A copy of your child’s Aadhar Card
A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
Recent Photograph (passport size) - 2
Your child’s academic records of the previous class (if applicable)
Your child’s Transfer Certificate (online from STS)
Original transfer Certificate (Non-Karnataka Students)
A copy of Caste Certificate (if belonging to SC/ST)
Photos of parents (each).
Copies of Aadhar card of parents (each).
Transport Application (If required)

Note:

Student’s name and Parent’s name should match in all the documents.

Documents Required (PU college)

The following documents have to be submitted at the time of PU admission

Original Transfer Certificate of Grade 10 (SSLC/CBSE/ICSE/Others) with 2 Photocopies
Original Marks card of Grade 10 and 2 photocopies of the same attested by the Head of the Institution
Acopy of the Cast and Income Certificate
Eligibility Certificate issued by PU board (for NRI/Foreign students)
Original Migration Certificate (if applicable)
A copy of Study Certificate
A copy of Conduct Certificate
A copy of student’s Aadhar card
A copy of Parents’ Aadhar card (each parent)
10 Copies of recent Passport size photos of the student
Transportation application (If required)

Note:

Student’s name and Parent’s name should match in all the documents.
