Sharada Vidya Mandira Senior Secondary School celebrated its much-awaited Annual Sports Day with great enthusiasm and grandeur from 15th October, marking the beginning of a three-day sporting extravaganza.

The inaugural ceremony began with a spectacular march past by the four house teams, showcasing discipline and team spirit. The event was formally declared open with the traditional
lighting of the lamp, symbolising the triumph of knowledge and sportsmanship. A graceful yoga presentation by the students highlighted the importance of physical and mental well-being, while the adorable umbrella dance by Montessori kids stole the show and won the hearts of the audience.

Over the three days, students from various classes participated with zeal in a wide range of athletic events, track races, team games, and fun activities. The playground echoed with cheers as young athletes gave their best performances in the true spirit of sportsmanship.

The closing ceremony was marked by the much-awaited prize distribution. The Ever-Rolling Trophy was proudly lifted by the Akash Team, who emerged as the overall champions of the
sports meet. The event concluded with the Principal congratulating all participants and encouraging them to continue striving for excellence not just in sports, but in all walks of life. The Annual Sports Day of Sharada Vidya Mandira once again proved to be a grand celebration of talent, teamwork, and triumph.
